End-to-End Document Handling from Your Location

Many organizations do not have the resources or the space to prepare large volumes of documents for scanning internally. Image Advantage’s onsite packing service deploys experienced document handling staff to your location to sort, organize and prepare materials for transport in a secure, controlled manner. Documents are boxed, labelled and tracked before leaving your premises.

Transport to our scanning facility is completed under documented chain-of-custody protocols, ensuring that every box of records is accounted for throughout the process. Once digitization is complete, clients can elect to have original paper records securely shredded and destroyed with a certificate of destruction provided upon completion.
